A: Jooyes provides a minimum 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship from the date of purchase. To make a warranty claim, you should contact Jooyes customer service with order details and a description of the issue. Jooyes will assess the claim and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Please note: products that appear mistreated or have been used improperly may result in the claim being denied.
A: Yes, you can preorder products that are temporarily out of stock. These products will be created as backorders. We recommend checking the ETA by contacting our customer service.
A: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal. For large orders or special requests, our business customers can also pay by invoice or direct bank transfer.
A: At Jooyes, you can cancel or edit your order only if it has not yet been dispatched. To do so, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request the change.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the items and then return them under our "Change of Mind" policy to claim a refund. This policy applies when cancellations or edits are no longer possible due to the shipment status. We recommend reaching out promptly to avoid any inconvenience.
